for your love ones,This easy to prepare caramel makes your flan toppings perfect and delicious with
rich flavor of caramel..🍮🍮🍮Simple and easy!

Ingredients

Wet Method
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

Tips: *Cook over medium heat, do not stir to avoid crystallizing
the sugar
*Use wet pastry brush to brush down some sugar stuck on the sides
of the pan back into the mixture
*Once the color of sugar changed to light brown, set your stove to
low heat to slow down the process until it reaches your desired color,
careful not to burn the caramel
*Transfer immediately to a prepared mold to stop the cooking
process, ( the pan is too hot that continues to cook the caramel )
*Overcooked caramel tastes bitter / burnt flavor

Dry Method #1
2-3 tbsp sugar

Tips: *Melt sugar over low heat, swirl the mold or llanera
so the sugar melt and cook evenly without stirring
* Amber to dark brown color caramel

Dry Method #2
1 cup sugar

Tips:*Pour sugar in a pan evenly, cook over medium low heat
*Once sugar starts to melt, stir in a circular motion
*Drag unmelted sugar to the melted sugar for quick and easy caramel
