Ever dream of leading a Roman legion? Or more specifically, during the conquest of Britannia? This is exactly what Warlord: Britannia is all about. Here, you’re the Roman legate in charge of building army camps, recruiting legionaries, upgrading them and outfitting them with better armour, and of course, waging war and deciding what to do with conquered settlements.
I’ve found Warlord: Britannia to be an extremely charming and fun action strategy game in the same vein as Mount and Blade: Bannerlord, and I love that it takes place during the Roman era, a time period previously explored too little. Here then, a kind of mix between Minecraft, Total War and Bannerlord is made, and Warlord is all the better for it!
